THIEN CUNG CAVE

Thien Cung Cave is located on the northern side of Dau Go Island, about 4 km from the tourist harbor. As one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay, it is renowned for its vast space and magnificent chambers filled with sparkling stalactites and stalagmites.

Situated right next to Dau Go Cave, the entrance of Thien Cung lies 25 meters above sea level. The cave spans nearly 10,000 square meters with a highly complex structure, consisting of multiple chambers with soaring ceilings and wide walls. At the heart of the cave, visitors will be amazed by four massive stone pillars, intricately adorned from base to top with carvings resembling everyday life scenes of people, birds, and flowers. Hanging from the dome above, stalactite formations cascade down like a splendid stone curtain.

After exploring the grandeur of Thien Cung Cave, travelers can also visit nearby Dau Go Cave, where a higher vantage point offers a spectacular panoramic view of Halong Bay’s majestic seascape.
